The Planning and Zoning Board review applications received requesting a zoning change.
Once they review, hearing held they will make a recommendation. If the recommendation is favorable, it will be sent to Mayor and Council. Terms are 3 years.

A copy of the application is attached for your review and convenience.

Should you have questions regarding a potential zoning request, please contact the Royston
Main Street Office at 706-245-7577. The procedure is once you submit your application and fee, there is no refund. The Administrator will prepare information to run in the newspaper for three weeks after a hearing date is confirmed with the Board. Once all complete, the hearing is held at the Royston Police Department.
