The following employment opportunities are currently available:
City Manager: 
The City of Royston, Georgia is seeking qualified applicants for
City Manager. Applicants must submit application with resume.  Position requires
working with staff, planning & directing staff on the day-to-day operations
of each department within the city: Police/Fire Dept/Downtown Development/
Water-Waste Water Treatment/Natural Gas/Street-Sanitation/Parks & Rec.
Ideal applicant would possess strong organizational and communication skills,
understand budgetary process and preparation, and possess strong employee development
 skills.  In addition, possess knowledge of economic development, and grant applications.
4-year degree preferred, senior management position experience needed,
Prior experience in government and development would be a plus.
Salary range is from 54,000 – $70,000 depending on experience.

Duties include but are not limited to grass cutting, weed eating, trash pickup, street maintenance, limb chipping route and occasional janitorial duties at various locations throughout the city.
