Background: I have been a resident of Royston since November of 1977 except for the 6 years that I lived in Toccoa. I have been a career banker since my 4 years in the Navy ended in 1970. I am a member of Royston Baptist Church. I am married to Noreen and we have three daughters that graduated from Franklin County High School.
